At Sierra Madre Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
